About us

Development of omics-based methods has enabled researchers to obtain a global view of various interactions in biology, revolutionizing the way that gene expression is studied.

For example, if one has a protein of interest, a ChIP-seq experiment can provide a global view of its protein-DNA interactions and a CLIP-seq experiment can provide a global view of its protein-RNA interactions.

To fully harness the benefits of these methods, one needs computational biology to analyze the experimental data, and integrate it with other types of datasets to derive biological meaning.

However, computational biology expertise may not always be available to help one fully harness the power of omics-based methods.  BIOLOGY INTERACT was founded to help researchers get access to computational biology whenever needed.

We have developed computational pipelines that we can run to help you gain insight into how your protein of interest works.  Furthermore, we provide services to help you analyze raw datasets from sequencing based methods.

Finally, we would also be happy to partner up with you for long term projects where we can provide our expertise in the analysis of large-scale omics datasets.

You can think of us as the biotech company where you buy reagents for your experiments, but instead the products that you are buying are computational analyses.

You can think of us as your computational biologist on call.  Or, you can think of us as your long term computational biologist collaborator.

In whatever capacity you prefer, we are happy to work with you!

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
